You should go to school or do some research. Or at least, find 10 peer reviewed and well cited, research studies that actually prove your bias claim.

Men do not have an overall faster time for implementing a reaction. According to the literature in full, women make decisions faster / react slower and men make decisions slower / react faster. It balances it out. Actually, it indicates that men tend to react before making a decision, so women are inherently safer players and in some roles and situations that could be a benefit if used correctly. I do not want to see any situation forced, meaning forcing women to play on all male teams just because we want to see it or having an all female team just for show. I do not think that reaction time is necessarily the issue here. It seems to be much more cultural problem that time will inevitably correct. My seven year old daughter plays GW2 on a level 80 character with my dad and while she is not really competing she can control her movements and reactions just fine, so the gen Z will probably be raised and think about this stuff differently. I would not look to LoL for gender diversity, diversity in general or any feminism. Look at the streamers for this game. Professor Akali and BunnyFuFu just put out a stripping video of a first time female LoL player who agreed to take off one piece of clothing for each death. It is on YouTube. This is the community we have here and is actually making me feel kind of negative about the game at the moment. I have a lot of female friends in my past 25 years of gaming who simply pretend to be males. I never did that but I always play a decent support role, so I am necessary and rare. The ladies I know who play aggressive characters, classes, champions often hide their gender to simply not deal with the shit. I do not know how many times I have had to tell men to not call me babe or some stupid pet name. I love gaming, so I am here for this conversation but things will take more than simply wanting to see more female players. Just like everything else it is a cultural shift that needs to happen and it is happening. I wish I had more time to be in this community and gaming but full time scientist, single mom and life is just cray cray for me! Maybe some day or in another life I can work in the gaming industry and devote more time to this stuff on a professional level. I would love to switch my career but at the same time that is so dang hard to do with all my obligations - Just a dream!
