Legacy Pros need to stop retiring.
A lot of them are just burnt out, but they're still good at the game and, even more importantly, they're still good FOR the game.
Seriously, just join a Challenger Team and work you're way back up.
Dyrus was a great Top Laner 2 years ago, the game changed and grew, he didn't. He could just as easily have simply dropped down to Challenger, or become a player for hire and taken it as an opportunity to relearn the game.
A lot of these players BELONG in LoL Esports as players, as coaches, as analysts and as commentators. A good starting point for Riot would be to allow for organizations to have 'B' Teams in the LCS. I find it incredibly dumb that teams have to re-brand because they earned a spot in the LCS.
