'' Pro players are underpaid ''
Excluding the big popular name like Faker I guess.

I refuse to accept the fact that anyone playing video games is considered "underpaid". I didn't watch the whole video, but give me a number as to how much you think they NA LCS (not the bums in challenger, the actually LCS team players) League player makes.
You forgot to mention how horrid the job security is if they aren't big name players.
Well, yeah, you judge how well paid a profession is by the average.
And yes, they are underpaid and they have no job security. That's why Calitrlolz left to go to medical school. Sure, this was a dream job, but it's not a good job unless you're the cream of the crop.
The problem, like underlined by other dudes CLG like Mylixia and H2K Rich is different
How many money are there in LoL pro scene? How much for top teams and how much for smaller teams?
Because it looks like the new rich orgs that have entered the Na LCS scene, as well the rich Chinese teams owned by biloinaire kids, are overpaying their players, and if anyone had to adapt to the new bars set by these orgs and the game doesn't attract more money than it actually does, a so fast raise in salaries could become unsustainable
So the core question is, do the orgs earn enough that they should raise the salary of their players?
if anything most sports are overpaid...and it really doesn´t make them more appealing anyway.
