If a team wins Worlds they get their team skins based on what champs the winning team won on the last worlds game.

That's not true at all. It's usually the champ that player played most at Worlds, but the player can request their favorite.

I honestly don't know why those skins exist. All the other set of skins are world champ winners. Riot does stuff weird from time 2 time, like missing the harrowing event 2015.

Those skins don't exist. SSW last game against RC club last year the comp was Kassidin, Rengar, Oriana, Corki, and Janna. But the only skin from that game to be made was Rengar.

Thats because Riot hasn't made championship skins the way you say they do since season 2 with TPA. That is the only set of skins that works like that. FNC's skins don't use there last game nor do SKT or SSW. It the choice of the players as to what champ gets a skin.
