Except NA hasn't won Worlds in 10 years and people regularly expose NA teams as lazy and lacking; Korea has better network, better coaching, more practice, better competition, etc.

I don't think you got the point of the video at all, let alone watched it to actually understand the portrayal of said message. It wasn't some false fact that was supposed to be picked apart. It was more of a tense of intensity in a word. It practically had nothing to do with Korea or any international basis; that's apparently what you derived it as from your description.
It's also a similar storied message to the other LCS specific trailers for the summer: "This is our Split," "Time to Come Back" and "Time to Conquer Europe" all in which are related to the stories of EU LCS teams.
