Why not make iem tournaments like europe leaugue compared to worlds like championsleaugue in soccer.

I completely get that worlds cant incomperate more teams and that the topteams are overworked and cant add iem to the roster. The topteams got overly full calendars but the rest of the teams only got to compete 20 weeks a year during the splits. So why not let those teams compete at iem tournaments? iem have always had a more loose and less prestigious feel then let say worlds or msi so its not really a downgrade of the tournament and will make it so that people can go see their teams if they dont live in the lcsmainstage region. It will also give those middle of the pack teams a bit of international experience and exposion so they can gain more fans and sponserships. Its a bit like in soccer. The main teams go to the championsleague while the subtop start in the europa league. This makes supporting one of those middle of the pack teams a lot more exciting.

Take ROCCAT in the EULCS for example; At the moment there isnt that much to chear for. If they play well they can make it to playoffs and if they play really well they can maybe get 4th place end of story. But what if that 4th place/spot in playoff also gave an invitation to IEM? Where they could play a small bracket stage tournament against the likes of flyquest and (i dont know the standings of other regions) lets say cj entus and snake gaming. Now you had a reason to actually support for ROCCAT as they now got realistic goals they could go for. Plus they can play more games so they can show of their brand and sponsers more which will result in higher revenues for the middle of the pack teams so they can survive to and thus ensuring the future of esports .
