Why does everything go wrong for TL....

Just like, if TSM wouldnt have lost to clg (for the first time?) then they would be in worlds. If the gauntlet didnt exist, they would be in worlds. It is seriously just unfair how everything goes wrong to make them 4th.

WAIT

The gauntlet exist because there are TWO splits per season. Summer split and Spring Split. C9 won #2 in Spring Split defeating TL in a reverse sweep . TSM then defeated C9 winning 1st place.

So why should Spring Split matter less than Summer Split? TL had their chance, not once but TWICE to beat C9 in a best of 5. They lost both times. Had they won EITHER matches, this would not have happened. So once again, why should TL go to worlds when C9 has defeated TL and the other teams? I just don't understand this. TEAM A is better than Team B. The best teams are suppose to go to worlds to represent the region. Why should a weaker team go?

Make no mistake, TL is weaker. Despite how much you like them, they had their chances and they couldn't do it. Deal with it, like they did.

It doesn't mean less.

TSM got max points getting first and second.

C9 had 70 points for second. So to give them a chance to get the most point in the summer playoffs of course they didn't make it but were able to keep the points.

Rather than blaming others, or whining up a pity storm, how's about some accountability towards Team Liquid, and realizing that first and foremost, Team Liquid had TWO chances this split, to get the job done, but couldn't. They even had a chance last split, to get themselves 90 points. If they wanted it bad enough, and played well enough, they would've been first each time. They would've scooped up the #1 seed in spring, gone to MSI, done however they "could" have, come back, taken #1 seed again, punched their tickets to not only Europe, but also to their boot camp.

Team Liquid alone controls their destiny or gameplay. There weren't any unfair shenanigans that happened. Nobody was DDOSing another player, nobody leaped out of their chair and rushed the other team for a full contact gank. There was plenty of opportunity for them, but they failed.

As I had put as a quote in another thread, that was pulling out this same dross, "If you want sympathy, look in the dictionary between shit and syphilis."
