A shower though for giving greater importance to the coaches for pro games.

I was thinking, what if each team had a 6th spot for the coaches to be in as a dedicated live "shot caller" position. So their map visibility is only equal to what their team can so they can be the eyes most dedicated to watching the map and making calls for the whole team while each pro can be a little more focused on their micro play.

CS:GO had that, then put an immediate stop to it once they found out that teams would literally hire players with shite mechanical skills but great shotcalling skills for that role making it ridiculously OP (the "hai's" so to speak). Would not want to see it implemented here, as it'd not only make the games feel less realistic compared to solo-queue (someone "backseat driving" the entire game) but you could argue it'd also lower job security as teams will literally just go out and grab 5 high-tier challenger players and pair them with someone like Hai or aphro.
