People have been asking for it to get nerfed since the start of pre-season.
I'm really not sure what game you have been playing.
People have been wanting a nerf for it since preseason. Even if they didn't it did absolutely nothing in that game because if I remember correctly stixxay didn't even have the item in the only teamfight of the game (you know the one that won them the game).
People complained about Rageblade LESS after CLG won with it. Mostly because its rework was announced days after, and the shock of its power from the preseason and its synergy with Sated had worn off, but still.
