Worlds is basically LCK

Whats the point in calling it otherwise? The Koreans play it the highest level. The Koreans are funded by their companies so that they do not require to stream to get money, so they can train all day long (especially SKT) Ever since Korea had its own region (2013) they have dominated. The only teams that make it to the finals and semi finals just had lucky groups (like H2K this year for example).

Honestly i think that there should be a worlds for all regions except Korea and the finalsts (1st and 2nd place) can participate in LCK to atleast get the honor of getting 4th place there.... AT BEST. LCK should be after worlds. You know it's true it was the same for Starcraft (may that wonderful game rest in peace...)

I like your idea. It won't fly, but I like it.

I like the idea, but I just don't see that happening. LCK gathers pathetically low amount of viewership (unlike Worlds), and chances are a lot of people wouldn't watch neither LCK (too boring) nor non-KR Worlds (not the best). Riot's a business and such change just wouldn't cut it. Who would buy the n-th Faker skin if he wouldn't crush all competition?

The problem with this format is that it assumes Korea being the strongest, while the current format requires them to prove themselfs. Note that I am not saying you are wrong, just that this format is like giving up.
