Can you please end the game without taunting at the enemy fountain? Doing that is both disrespectful, and also might cost you a game in finals. Keep in mind, I am a TSM fan, but please end the game without any disrespect.

UOL are a good team but they're that team that always seems to get to the Finals of tournaments and eventually loses.
Miror B1 votesYou mentioned "tournaments", which kinda confuses me. Barring IEM Oakland (which they won), I fail to recall one that they actively participated in as I'm pretty sure the past 3+ years has had all of fnatic/g2 represent EU with the occasional rarity like giants at iem john-g.
Oh, and G2 only trash-talks because much like TSM's BM they are a massive disappointment internationally and might not even survive as a team beyond this split (I would not be surprised if ocelot decided to replace expect/trick and get some help for perkz). In a way, both teams are mirror entities of eachother with both teams having high-quality mids/botlanes that can hard-carry games for them and a top/jg that get consistently picked a part by better (korean) teams.
III BAKURYU III 1 votesI meant in general as " tournaments" UOL failed to win Finals for the past 5 splits barring they've been in two EU Finals but wasn't able to win them. As you stated 2016 IEM UOL overachieved beating TSM but losing to C9 in the Finals, correction they did win IEM Oakland so this is kinda weird now, but did lose in another IEM - Pretty much the IEM participation award.
Point is about UOL is that they're constantly in contention to win but rarely do.
G2 considering each player on the team are capable and if not over hyped (Zven/Mithy - Considering they're constantly in/on every OP top 5/ top 25) but sucks outside of EU does make them the EU TSM.
Like you said about G2 depending on the result after this year, G2 will need to make signings because it's obvious the current G2 are going to do much outside of EU.
Perkz - Keep, young(20 or so) and is actually improving/getting better when in the past it was mostly his fault when the team would lose.
Trick - Never liked his ganks/jungle paths, it was more just camp top try to get Expect ahead and flip a coin to see if it would pay off, VERY rarely do I see Trick gank/camp bot in which implies either G2 are running the ( Have the team work around the worst player(Expect) instead vice versa having the worst player work around the best player). If G2 are going to go anywhere these days camping/giving the early game focus on the worst player that doesn't do much and in my opinion has really bad team focus/TP plays( Worlds) doesn't help. However if G2 lets Trick go they need to find a replacement considering Trick typically gets his team the early dragons, kills and map pressure. My prediction is Bengi/Bang 2018 Spring ?
Zven/Mithy - Just seem like mercenaries for hire or Kevin Durant type of players. Not expecting them to stay on G2 after this year is up and down with, again depending on outcome with say Worlds. If G2 are eliminated again in groups I do believe they will leave for another " greener pastures".
Wouldn't surprise me if EU has only 1-2 GSW type of teams and 7-8 PHI type teams in the spring of 2018.

-G2 was kept together during 2016 despite multiple international failures because their regional success was really good -Were kept together during 2017 spring for the same reason, even though their MSI performance kinda didn't make up for 2016 at all -Now it's summer and they lack that "regional dominance" that kept them together, even though their atrocious international record continues
I disagree on the notion that zven/mithy could leave after this split, as although they could have more success on a different team you kinda have to ask yourself which one would be able to fit their needs (or more accurately, put better talent around them). Barring UOL who would literally never sign them (as they're known for not spending top-tier $ on high-quality talent), G2 will at least have a good midlaner and can potentially try to grab one of the multiple UFA's out there, Jankos and Czazi being the most likely ones.

Just a WILD prediction -
Eu has talent don't get me wrong but it's not that much ATM honestly, as long as EU has it's bottom tier talent with really bad teams(VIT/ROC/NIP/MM) what exactly are the top tier players really learning, how to beat scrubs ?
Top tier teams/players might not leave EU because it's an easier path to say Worlds/MSI etc oppose to NA. Think of it as the NBA East/ players would rather face 1 team/CLE/LeBron James over the West with 10-11 top tier teams, so leaving for NA is wishful thinking to say the least.
-Team Liquid has $ - Will G2 win Worlds probably not, will TSM most likely not, will any Western team win Worlds the next 2-3 years - my answer is no, so the next best thing is $ - money and crowds, hype, attention etc. It's no secret EU doesn't get the crowds as NA does or the attention from the fans and such.
Sooner or later EU leaves, Prolly, Krepo, Bjergsen, Amazing, Huni, Reignover, Froggen, etc it's going to happen, why not leave EU after Worlds have the Spring Split to work together/MSI potentially and have the Summer Split to really crack down and have a chance for Worlds.
Easier path in NA in a few splits - EU will get better than NA in due time, Eu gets decent talent but it takes time, while in NA most of the talent are A. Imports and B. Getting older - D-Lift/Sven/Aphromoo/Xpecial/Darshan/Xmithie/Hai/Sneaky/Lemon etc are all getting older and all have won NA before, have all made it to Worlds, they've done pretty much everything.
My guess is Hai and Lemon will retire so they won't play in the Spring Split 2018, Xmithie will most likely do the same, Sven will most likely go back to EU for $ and to help out the younger players on a worst team. Point is NA has talent but it's going to fad faster than EU.

Miror B1 votesThe giant problem you're ignoring with that is import slots, as unless they remove it (in which case, bring on EF Faker) they'd be 1 over the limit on those.
Zven/Mithy joining NA is kinda a tough one in general, as while teams will often go out of their way to acquire foreign botlaners they rarely ever do for supports (lustboy being the only notable one). Them staying in EU tends to make the most sense for a lot of reasons, this first one included but also because I doubt they'd actually get that many offers from NA teams with many of them already having pretty "Stable" botlanes. Although TL is a nice idea, getting rid of reignover now would be a pretty big mistake as it'd then force them to rely on the likes of meteos/inori and/or start a rookie there.

They'll either avoid the whole franchising thing/focus on their other goals (CS:GO, or becoming that "agency" that steve mentioned a few times) or they'll go all out with the sheer amount of top-tier UFA's and build a budget-2016IMT (would heavily reccomend checking out that contract database, as it's kinda hard for me to personally describe how bountiful the free agent class is compared to last year).
