Roar of Legend1 votesThey admitted it. Ryze has always have that kit they can not balance from many factors. If they decide to get rid of his broken kit, he would no longer feels like Ryze (the Karma treatment, I call). Soraka is suffering the exact same issue, but she is so reliant on her team that she is not independent and work well with and against everything like Ryze.
