The top 10 adcs currently (OPINION)

  1. G2 Perkz I consider Perkz to be the best player on G2 by far. Perkz has an advantage over every other adc - he started in mid lane and therefore isn't limited to the traditional adc playstyle. He does play and can excel on picks like Sivir and Xayah, etc but he can play Pyke and Yasuo bottom, or whatever the hell G2 feels like putting him on. The only other adcs in the world that I believe have the ability to do that is Griffin's Viper and Fnatic's Rekkles. Perkz is probably (in my eyes) why G2 is considered such a heavy favorite for worlds and why G2 is dominating LEC atm.
  2. SKT Teddy Teddy is the polar opposite of Perkz - he's your traditional adc that is an absolute unit on Ezreal, Kai'sa, Kalista, Sivir and Xayah but should probably stay away from Sona or anything of the sort. Teddy really excels at amassing gold - he cses really, really well (to the point where Clid/Faker complained that Teddy was taking too much), and then after getting an item or two wrecks teamfights with his insane damage and lead. There's a reason that he got the nickname "Fountain Laser" - if you allow him to scale, he'll destroy your team like the fountain does. His mechanics are otherworldly, and the only reason he's below Perkz is because Teddy didn't really have the hottest showing at MSI.
  3. Gen. G Ruler As a Gen. G fan, I wanted to be biased and put Ruler first. In the end, I decided to put him third, but I should remind you that this isn't really the bias speaking. Even though Gen. G has disappointed elsewhere on the map (cough mid cough), Ruler has always been Gen. G's carry condition. Ruler is probably the best 1v5 carry you'll see in the pro scene, as he singlehandedly carried Gen.G to a series win against Griffin(!) with his Vayne, and regularly outputs stupid amounts of dps with his Xayah, Kalista and Kai'sa. He also really excels on immobile ad carries like Ashe and Varus, boasting some of the most immaculate positioning I've seen from an AD carry.
  4. FNC Rekkles Rekkles was always one of the most mechanically gifted ADCs in the world, but he was always one for more traditional ad carries to the point where he was benched for Bwipo after the terrible curse that was patch 8.11 (for adcs like Rekkles, at least). However, Rekkles now is flexing and introducing some hot picks to botlane, such as Karma and Garen. Rekkles still remains at the top of EU, even with ad carries like Perkz, Upset and Kobbe rising up to compete with him in the scene.
  5. RNG Uzi Another legend, Uzi is (still) probably the top ad carry in China. Most known for his world famous Vayne, Uzi is the definition of a hypercarry. As long as RNG feeds Uzi enough resources early, Uzi will definitely find a way to output stupid amounts of damage later on. Not much more to be said here - he's so good that every team he's been on caters to and believes in this playstyle.
  6. Griffin Viper Another one of the new age of "flexible" ad carry players, Viper has stretched the definition of bottom lane carry in Korea. From bot lane counter kill lanes like Darius, Teemo and Taliyah, to mage hypercarries like Cassiopeia and Vladimir, to supportive picks like Morgana and Sona, to standard adcs like Kai'sa, Ezreal and Xayah, Viper has played them all. There's something to be said when Vladimir is his 4th most played champ in his entire CAREER(!) and boasts his highest winrate(!).
  7. FPX Lwx The first FPX player to not be rated 2nd on my lists! Let me begin by saying that I believe Lwx is an insanely good player - he is on this top 10 list at number 7, after all. He makes mechanical outplays in the mid game that makes crowds go nuts, such as pulling an insane cullings on Lucian or diving into the backline as Kai'sa. That being said, I do believe he's the beneficiary of FPX's playstyle, as Doinb and Tian constantly dive and camp bottom, feeding Lwx early kills and plating gold.
  8. KZ Deft Kingzone struggled mightily during the last 5 weeks of LCK Summer after a really promising season up to that point. They finished 3rd in LCK Spring, largely thanks largely in part to Deft (who many believed was the true Spring Split MVP ahead of Chovy), defeated FPX and iG at Rift Rivals (again, bot lane played a huge part in both victories), and looked like a near lock to make playoffs in LCK Summer, even though Pawn had injury issues and had to be replaced by Naehyun. Deft's strong play showed out before all of the internal drama, and while his play (along with the rest of KZ) took a definite hit in the 2nd half of Summer, Deft's play beforehand was so good that it's impossible to place him lower.
  9. TL Doublelift NA's undisputed top adc of all time, DL has really elevated his game in 2019 (maybe thanks to CoreJJ). DL has been in the scene so long that he has so many signature champions, from his Lucian (probably the most famous one), to his Vayne, to his Sivir, to his Ezreal, to his Varus... and now his Sona (xd). While always an aggressive player that looks to deal as much damage as possible, DL in 2019 has dialed down the number of mistakes, making him a better player and a bigger threat to opposing teams.
  10. WE Mystic A lot of LPL fans call Mystic budget Uzi, but I think the gap between the two isn't as large as some fans may believe. Mystic, like Uzi, can do insane things if he can get through the early game, and this split showed why he's a top 10 adc (in my opinion, of course). WE Summer could really be called the Mystic and Xiye show, because those two really looked like the only ones that were trying to win on WE. Mystic put up some insane performances and almost led WE to playoffs, but to no avail.

Going to disagree with #9. Doublelift isn't undisputed best NA. A very strong case can be made for Sneaky. I see DLift as being like Conor McGregor. Both are very good, and run their mouth and brag so much, and very often back it up enough that people buy into the hype and believe they are the best, while there is a quieter and just as skilled (if not better) guy just not getting the same spotlight treatment.
