Fnatic best team on the planet now?
With their win today, I think people have to seriously consider whether Fnatic is the #1 team in the world right now. They took SKT to 5 games at MSI and they are better now then they were then.

In some ways I think they're not massively better than they were in spring - summer has actually seemed a bit easier for them. H2K are still amazing but UOL seem to be hitting a wall and SK have completely collapsed. Those were their main challengers in spring, with SK Gaming their most reliable competitors. Origen are a very good new opponent for them but aside from that I think their competition has actively got a bit weaker, which is making them look more impressive.
That said I definitely do think they can compete at worlds. Winning it? I don't think so, that would probably be a bridge too far, but they should be able to give some of the Asian teams a run for their money at least. I'd really enjoy seeing a TSM vs Fnatic game some time soon - at the MSI when everyone underestimated Fnatic I kind of got the sense that it was a win they wouldn't necessarily be able to replicate. So I'd love a rematch to see if Fnatic can consistently outperform the best teams in NA.
Fnatic is a top team I would give them maybe top 5. But not best team in the world. I right now would say they are the best team in the west regardless of the game against Origen. I think they have a lot of rising talent such as Huni and Febiven. Reignover did play in OGN so hes not a "rookie" like Febiven is or Huni. Huni also did try out for Korea and they did miss out on a superstar. If u want to compare it to what hes playing against in the EU region its no big deal.
I think that goes a little far especially how strong I thing China is at the moment.
That being said they are a team that should not be underestimated. Unless you wanna lose.
hard to tell, but I´d at least place them top 3 atm as they are more consistent then most Chinese teams currently - that being said, there are at least 4 Chinese Teams that can absolutly beat them when they are on their A-Game (IG, LGD, OMG, EDG...with VG consistently improving aswell and Snake+QC in the mix - LPL is just really far ahead as a league to everyone else currently, though I´d rate EU over Korea atm). In Korea though it´s only SKT that can offer a fight, and I don´t see any improvment from them since MSI.
I want to see them play against the Chinese teams again before I say they're the best.
SKT has gotten better and they still proved to be better than Fnatic at MSI. You also have to take in consideration of some of the chinese teams such as LGD, EDG, and IG. Fnatic is a very good team, but they still have ways to go until they become the best.
Probably not. It still probably SKT or EDK.
But they look REALLY strong. I do think that Huni has to be in the convo for best top laner.
