Why doesn't anyone pick or ban Zed or Yasuo in LCS?

Seriously? Whenever I play a game, they are 90% ban while they are not even considered as a possible pick in LCS?

Because they are soloQ powerhouses but generally terrible in LCS because LCS players are not potatoes.

Because those champions get countered easily. You have to build an entire comp around yasuo to make him worth a shit.

Yes but they still pick Elise whos nothing but a selfish bitch early game and close to useless late game due to the nature of her kit and her overall. You can't say "Yes but he stun is.." No, her stun is not even close to the best CCs of the game since it is single target medium speed skillshoot.

Let's Say that Zed doesn't fit that teamfighting teamcomps but what about Yasuo? I think he fits their teamcomps pretty well considering there are Rek'Sai and Gragas every single game with their knockups.

Yasuo needs a team comp to really shine, much like Kogmaw and Vayne, but the problem is that the pros have much better coordination and grouping, so getting those big combos isn't likely. Furthermore, Yasuo lacks the safety of a ranged carry, and having him on your team denies you a slot for either a front liner or a mid lane mage. I love Yasuo to bits, but unless he's really strong atm, he's more of a comfort pick than anything.

He picked it into Gnar over a year ago in the TSM vs CLG summer finals. So now people consider it a pocket pick for him.

I'm not sure but I know Natuilus was run in the LPL as a counter pick to Yas, so I could see him losing that match if it happened.

yasuo and zed are "selfish champs" maybe they can carry a solo q game but not the good team fighters lcs competition needs

Petition for Brand jg to replace Elise jg. If you haven't tried it...I swear if you combine nidalee and elise, and make the champ able to teamfight...there u go.

The fun fact, I main Elise but I hate Nidalee so much even if they are kinda similar. I am nit going to try Brand jungle because I really suck balls with caster mages :D

Because in pro play they know how to focus and how to properly cc champions... they have to be clearly strong champions to be played in pro play (which they currently aren't or haven't been in a while... Zed was a this season for a brief time but feel off)

Eh, idk. I main zed..and I've been able to make him more than useful in teamfights..and aiding the team in general. Using W+E to slow an enemy to help a teammate retreat..rushing the ADC with ult to immediately take them out of the fight, then bouncing back to do some mad AOE dmg with 2 shadows..Zed is very capable. but then again I havent played at LCS level with zed..lol

Zed would never survive in the current LCS meta, As also a 1v1 duelist that split push, he would get into quite a lot of trouble versus Ekko Lissandra And these champs would actually cancel his usefulness Gragas TahmKench Malzahar
