Btw, average rankings for each team (lower is better) CLG 10.4 KOO 5.6 FW 12.4 PAIN 15.2

FNC 4.4 IG 5.6 AHQ 5.6 C9 12.6

SKT 2.6 EDG 3.6 H2K 11.4 BKT 15.4

LGD 4.0 KT 5.4 TSM 11.6 OG 10.0

This is NOT my prediction (or even a prediction) of how groups is going to turn out. I'm just throwing this out there. Have fun!

I feel like you mucked up the midlaners. Westdoor too highly, Pobelter too lowly, Incarnation under Kami... Other than that your list seems to be reasonably clean.

I think of Westdoor very highly because he is a very skilled midlaner who could hold his own against Pawn and Faker in soloqueue (Faker and Najin Duke praised him in interviews). Pobelter is a good midlaner, but idk who I should put him above. Maybe Ryu and Peke? Idk if he's better than Maple, who was reported to do really well against chinese teams in scrims. Also, I'm just on the Kami hype train. Forgive me for placing him at #14.

I agree with most of what you have. That mid-lane depth is insane! I also find it difficult to rank the ADC completely separate from their support. I think Incarnation individually is much higher than your list. And I thought that CLG Xmithie got cleared for Worlds. Did I misinterpret that?

Definitely a difficult list to put together. Way easier to rank the teams as a whole in my opinion.

I didn't know Xmithie got his Visa cleared. If he did, then I would move the CLG jungler up to #13/14.

Xmithie is far better than loulex and is better than Santorin, he isn't lower than #12 being negative toward him (and Santorin > loulex too, imho)

Nope, I think loulex is the piece that is holding back h2k from being a serious contender in EU, instead of being thrashed by the time they have to face the best teams in PO

The thing about a list like this is that it is misleading. Between any five spots there's very little difference. Obviously if I compared the worst and the best there would be a difference but comparing the first and fifth would find them almost even. Also it should be pointed out that teams win because of team games.

Yay someone that knows that Westdoor is good! But with Westdoor, GODV Rookie they are tied but IMO since i love westdoor, i would place him in 3rd. You have a problem in the top lane. I dont think Huni is better than Acorn tho

I put Acorn that low because I didn't get to see that many of his games. Most of the games I saw with LGD were played by a chinese top laner (not Flame or Acorn) or Acorn didn't do very well in the games I saw. I'll have to get back to you on that one.

As a note, Xmithie will be playing at Worlds (at least for the group stage), not Huhi. His French visa problems got fixed.

Well thought out list, but I think you are underestimating smeb, Him and gorillA are the star players of koo tigers and he regularly carries games, just look at his riven pentakill.
