And even while playing it he "somehow" manages to go an entirely selfish build that against any competent team should give him zero chance of winning (the guy was not only able to get to 6 items, but did so with ignite and no rylais/zhonyas for most of the game). Luckily, he was against NV, a team who even with Lira and apollo will probably still fall to at least one challenger team.

The last time I remember a karthus playing and impacting the game was with Quas over two years ago
