They are still playing on the 9.1 patch where Galio was still OP and he has a sub 30% winrate with high presence in LEC and has a 50% winrate with 95% presence in Korea.

I dont think hed ever be picked anymore after the nerfs, if he is doing so poorly while severely overturned.

Its 9.2 now. His presence dropped in LCK and indint see if he was picked, and seems to have a 0% presence in LEC so far.
