What regional dialect does Vedius speak with where he pronounces "H" as "Haytch"
Example, "Haytch P" (HP) "Haytch K A" (HKA)

Sounds welsh. I mostly pronounce H as Haytch, sometimes just Aytch though but I'm from England and depends on what im talking about. Thought that was how it was mostly pronounced everywhere.
