So, this champion sounds super overpowered, right?

Passive: Bonus magic damage and slow every auto attack, stacking up to 3 times Q: mid-range, targeted, low cost attack that can apply melee-only on-hit effects as well as the passive AND grants bonus gold if you kill any unit with it W: 100% AP scaling 360 base self-heal that also cleanses all CC, including suppression E: bonus AD and MS passively, can activate to not only double the amounts but also grant the base amount to all allies in a huge area R: global, ground-target, massive-area damaging, slowing AoE with 1115 base damage and 140% AP scaling

That's pre-rework Gangplank. And without any context or comparison, that sounds stupidly strong. But it wasn't. Because literally every champion has comparable abilities.

Saying "this champion does something" without comparing it to a similar mechanic you think is balanced, is just spam. Whether or not you're doing it just to get upvotes and feel validated, you're just preying on the people who also feel validated by what you're saying, who didn't put in the time or effort to actually think about it and realize what you're saying doesn't mean anything within the context of the entire champion pool.

I've forwarded this on to the team doing the rules update for Gameplay.
