Most quotes of Riot on balance are in context. If you believe otherwise, please put an example.
While this is very true, it is not the only reason why they can't/wont' voice their personal opinions.
Lots of rioters do put a lot of thought/work into the changes that they work on, so having another rioter bad mouth their work could cause problems within the company. Especially if the community latches onto that comment.
