Do we choose Incorrect Board, because it belongs in RANT, or do we choose Spam, because it's a wall of text in all-caps?

Either is fine. Neither Wrong Board or Spam merits an escalated response. Hate speech, threats and self-harm can be brought to the Discord for more prompt attention.
