Cannot view unread messages, and posts loading without content or comments visible.

I cannot use the boards today for some reason. I tried looking at my unread messages and they all showed, along with the usernames, but no text was visible like it should have been in the body of their comments, and when I clicked "go to comment" it took me to the post but the post had no text and there were no comments visible beneath it.

Is the server lagging or am I having technical difficulties with my network? I'm inclined to think it is the server, because other websites work just fine for me.
