There are an awful lot of arguments that occur with people on EUW and EUNE... on the NA boards. Sometimes they even have straight-up incorrect information because they're being posted on the wrong server's boards.
No, the boards link at the top of this page correctly links me to the EUW boards. However, the EU boards are just less active, don't have sections like Story, Art & Sound or Dev Corner and while there are active Rioters too, the most influential ones remain on the NA boards (eg. Meddler, Ghostcrawler, Bioluminescence, Scathlocke, Carnival Knights and many more). Personally, I wish boards weren't separated by region and just had language filters to only show posts in languages you understand.

What "straight-up incorrect information" are you referring to?
I believe that depending on your IP address, the site may try to redirect you to the appropriate Boards region.
