Had the comment been detailed with the information included here, it would be perfectly fine. As-is, with the "..." trail-off (which is sometimes used to imply an unfinished thought or connection), I can see why action was taken.
That said, I'll bring it up with the rest of the team and see what we think about this. It's definitely one I can see some disagreement on, and I'll be happy to raise it up for discussion and see if we want to overturn the removal.
UPDATE: I've run this past a few members of the volunteer team, and our ultimate decision is that we're keeping this one deleted. You're more than welcome to repost with more context explaining the comment (such as the "she's 5ft tall and can curl up a lot of places" that you wrote here), but we feel it's a little too easy to read innuendo into it as it was written, even if that isn't your intent.
