Can't view profiles.

Something weird is going on, I get a 505 error when trying to view my boards profile.

Edit: I just checked, I can't view other peoples' profiles either.

We're aware that this is an issue, but sadly that's a tech/IT thing and not something the volunteers can really take care of. Usually this type of thing resolves itself fairly quickly, but I'll poke around and see if any of us have heard anything about it.

Ah thank you then, I understand. In the future should I submit a support ticket / open up a chat with riot support on the discord about it? Or is there a better way I should go about bringing this up if/when it happens?

Honestly the best thing to do is wait - I'm not actually sure if Riot Support has any more contact with the boards IT team than we would, and if it doesn't fix itself we can definitely let the people who need to know know.

We still like to be patient cause it usually resolves itself within a few minutes, but sometimes it does take longer.
