Since the boards are supposed to be for discussion, complaints without important aspects like explanations, thoughts, or reasoning should have their own board. We can all ignore them, as they should be ignored, and they can simply be reported and removed if incorrectly posted in Gameplay.

Yes. When they provide explanation and evidence.
But very often there's simply an OP which says, "this champion should be deleted. Title," and those are the threads we need a separate board for.
Or barring that, removing them as being in the "incorrect board" because no such board exists would also work. There is no board for a lack of discussion.
