Too many alt accounts
Permanently banned accounts should not be able to create posts, upvote, or downvote.
You should also need to link your account to phone or something to severely limit people to one account.

i have 9 relatives that don't play the game i can always just take their phone numbers and bypass this restriction
At this point Rito’s been cool with a downvote bot controlling everything for months now. Due to the complete and total lack of support, and the boards own outdated tech, there isn’t anything that can be done.
We can only hope that riot’s new forum launches soon, and fixes this problem. They aren’t going to bother fixing the boards when a new forum is in the works
