win my lane but lose my tower....!!!!!

it's a pretty weird situation. idk if it happens with anyone else. I main top so when I play top I always win my lane but lose my tower. let me explain :- no matter what champ I play. like we r farming suddenly I go aggro or the enemy go aggro and u know we fight and I most of the time get out of it alive but after that I can't continue ahead cause I'm low on health so i recall and come back and the enemy top laner would be back too but the lane would be pushed to my turret and my turret takes a lot of damage from minions and it happens over and over again. like few days back I was darius aganst nidalee. she was very aggro and I killed her. so I continued farming and then there jg came so I flashed out but I got low so had to recall. under 15 min I was 5-1 but without a single hit to their tower and my turret got destroyed by nid and reksai. I wanna be one of those lane pusher and would like to know is it normal to lose tower but get ahead in kills and farm!!!!!

Push out the lane before you back, I used to always lose my tower when I roamed lol, it's not just you. Just make sure the lane is pushed to enemy tower before you back

I would say you are still losing lane at that point. You are giving up map pressure. Now you may almost have the enemy tower down, so it could be considered a draw but never a win.

I want to say that its ok to sacrifice a tower in top for something else. Its not always important to win your lane, there is a bigger picture than the "LANE".

Towers give more team gold, however, and losing your tower lowers pressure and vision for your team. Thing is, if you lose your tower first you've lost lane. You're ahead as an individual, but the entire enemy team has gotten a slight bump and an advantage.

Just keep improving. Win that tower.

and the enemy top laner would be back too but the lane would be pushed to my turret and my turret takes a lot of damage from minions and it happens over and over again.

Before you recall, make sure the lane isn't pushed to your tower. Hell, shove if it you need to. If you're afraid the jungler will gank you for a free kill if you shove the lane, you should be warded up already to keep that from happening. Think ahead, and you can win hard.

There use to be a handful of threads titled something like Winnions 101...that cover extensively the theory and mechanics behind lane control and tower pushing via minion wave manipulation. It's a concept players don't seem to grasp until much later in their LoL lifetime, but a huge way to impact you game.

Try to look up some youtube videos and guides on the topic. It will help a lot. The biggest thing is map awareness. You should after a bit of practice predict the future state of waves based on their size and how they yo yo back and forth.

after you kill your opponent you should shove the wave and back as well. waiting is just asking to be killed in return as they might actually be stronger than you when they come back with new items, while all that you have is a pile of gold.

Bring teleport, and always shove the lane out before leaving so that they can't shove into your tower.

If you get a first kill and are low, back, buy quick and then TP back to lane ASAP, and you will have an item advantage and the tower will be fine and you can then keep up your pressure on your opponent. If you TP to your tower for the reduced cooldown, you should be able to teleport back to lane whenever you base.

If you are applying so much pressure that the enemy jungler needs to constantly be top, its up to the rest of your team to find opportunities elsewhere. Your jungler, mid and support are more than capable of running into the enemy jungle and getting some deep wards down. You basically take on the burden of the enemy jungle pressure to free your team of it.

If your team chooses to squander this opportunity and do nothing with it then that is on them, not you. Your responsibility is to stay alive and keep the farm up. LoL is always about pushing your windows of opportunity to apply pressure but some of those windows only stay open for a couple of seconds.

It sounds like you might want to back sooner than you are. If you keep winning but get slowly drained, burn the last of your mana to push the lane after you get the kill then back. By the time you return, minions will likely be returning toward your tower which you can kill before they do damage to it.
