CAN U ACTUALLY GET OUT OF BRONZE!!!!

last season I was in gold 3.................but this season my promo got all fuked up. dc afk and unskilled and lot other reason and I ended up in bronze...........and now I can't get out....!!! I insist u guys to look my match history. not saying I'm really good but to just prove my point how much I'm trying to get out!!! i'll give u some examples :-

  • playing top I'm darius vs nasus. it's been over 15 min jg didn't gank so I asked the jg to gank cause my lane was getting pushed and he said "it's not my fault u r losing ur lane". ummm wtf!!
  • in team builder(ranked) guy is 3rd to pick champ and says "mid or troll" and he literally trolled. umm wtf
  • in team builder the guy on 5th says that the captain is a really bad player and he went 3-12 or something last game. so at this captain said "ok picking champ and going afk" yes u r right he did afk and we lost!!.... ummm wtf!!!
  • playing thresh we almost won and 4 guys of the team is destroying nexus(we almost did it)and the adc is farming in top lane. so I asked what r u doing we could have won and the adc says " I don't have my full build and I need the full build" wait a min wtf do u need the full build for we were about to win. and we lost such a close game!!!(that nexus literally needed one more hit) ummmm wtf!!
  • playing alistar and our mid lissandra vs zed. she was 0-4 first 12 min. so I said "plz liss play passive and stop dying" and she said " go fuk urself " and went afk.....!! ummmm wtf!!!
  • just 2 games back in team builder the guy was 5th to pick champ and I was 4th so the guy said "top" and the guy on 2nd said "I'm top" and I said "whatever I get on 4th" then he said mid and our captain choose mid. so he got angry and said "wtf" made emoticon and shit. so I said "dude ur last u might not get what u want" then my turn came and I picked ashe. as I picked ashe he said "adc"!!!. and I'm like "u don't get it do u" so supp was left and he picked lee sin ( I pretty much lost hope right there) with ignite. I said "get exhaust" he didn't. so we got into game and he tried to steal all the kills with ignite and q. u know when u can tell that the guy is doing it on purpose. he didn't even build supp, he was not tanky he roamed the whole game and all other guys were saying "gtfo" but he didn't listen. uuuuummmm WTF!!!!!!!!!
    and lot more guys and I can't even remember some!!! the thing is do bronze people don't wanna advance or what is it?? I really need to get out of bronze or I will lose my mind!!!

Just looked you up. Last season you were Silver with bronze mmr.

I got my smurf from Bronze 3 0 LP to Silver 4 30~ LP pretty easily and in a relatively short amount of time. If you are truly deserving of a higher ranking, you will get there. it might take all season. but you will get there.

So one thing is variability, if you had only a few games last season or this season you might be in the range of a statistical outlier where you were on a really good streak and got higher than you would stay over 1000 games or on a bad streak where you lose a bunch but it will balance out over 1000 games (just picked random large number).

1-Why were you getting pushed by a nasus? Nasus' goal is to farm, if you don't push him in or kill him he is winning by going even with you. If nasus is even a little ahead of most champs in farms or kills he is crushing lane bc he is weak early and scales hard late.

2-That sucks, definitely have sympathy. However, at that point you can't change it and have two options, if I just hit a new rank and am at 0 LP and can't drop I'll probably be like fk it no worries, let him troll. If I'm in promos on the deciding game, I'm letting him mid and hoping he doesn't do terrible because I want the win more than I care about whether someone had parents who weren't good at socializing them (poor kid had shitty parents, must have sucked growing up)

3- This one you're screwed on probably but it doesn't happen that often in my experience. Also about half the time you can say, man I bet he just had a bad game last game, happens to us all. Then say to the first guy, you'll show him this game, just put him on mute and let's crush this team. At least 1/3 of the time they will turn it around (maybe even up to 1/2 the time)

4- you're not gonna like this but that's your fault/your team's fault, not the ADC. The ADC is bad and threw away a free win yes. Bronze players are bad, that's why we got there or are stuck there (well I guess I'm silver now since I just climbed out last week). Know that they are bad and adjust the play or you deserve to lose for not focusing on macro strategy. ADC not there and your damage is low to towers/nexus, you have two choices, play it safe, back off and build your advantage, or gamble that you can finish before they respawn and kill you. You took the second and it didn't work out. Either calculate damage better, or ping team to back when enemy is close to respawn.

5-Again, sympathy, and that sucks, he should have just muted you if he didn't want to hear it. Maybe you said it that nice, bu if he was having a hard day he probably read it more derogatory. Might have had more luck asking if he needed you to roam mid and try to get him back in the game, or if he could use you donating a ward to help him stay safe. Also, if it was your first time saying something then definitely sympathy you had a jerk playing, however, if you said something every time he died (happened to me in bronze a lot so I just want to mention this), he should have muted you, and you should have realized he wasn't listening and left it be if either of you wanted to win. If I died in bronze I usually did something really stupid and sometimes I'd come back and sometimes I'd tilt. However, there were definitely games where I didn't mute people and went on tilt because they kept criticizing me, and while I haven't gone AFK or trolled this season, I definitely did it in seasons past and there are games this season where I stopped playing to win and just was going through the motions while someone threw a fit and I was like "wow I'm playing bad this game." The reason that's an issue in bronze is because of how easy it is to win. When I started maining a champ I really liked I learned a lot about him and got better. Soon I was making streaks w/ him. If I'm 13-2 on a champ over my last 15 games on them and you're calling me bad at the game and saying I can't play the champ at all, pretty quick I'm gonna decide that I can either mute you and play, or I'm gonna decide that I generally win with the champ and the LP I lose in 1 game I'm gonna get back pretty quick (took maybe 2-3 weeks to climb out of bronze?) and suddenly I'm not playing very well because I'm doing stuff like talking to someone or playing with my dog while I play. Just realize that it's the same as knowing your teammates are bad, players in bronze don't do criticism well usually and no one does it well when it isn't meant to help but is just insulting. Any game you insult a teammate instead of offering to try and help them turn their game around or focusing on what you can do to win is one you risk losing.

6- That sucks, definitely played games like that. However, I'm of the opinion that KS isn't really a thing. It's a stupid concept, yes you shouldn't go out of your way to do it, but in bronze I won a number of games on Annie support taking most of the kills in lane (not good enough to carry from support in silver so I have had no success w/ it lately). Two things are true about this, if your ADC is keeping up in farm they don't actually need the kills to get ahead, just to snowball, they will get ahead anyway because they get assist gold and they get a farm advantage while the enemy is dead if they weren't losing lane. Second, it is always more important to kill the enemy and not die than who gets the kills. Don't complain, just build team advantage. Didn't get a the last hit on the champ but want more from it? Take tower, take drag, invade enemy jg, use the lack of anyone in your lane to roam to another lane and try to get the kill there. Finally while I definitely think "fk that lee sin for being a jerk and then not being good enough to crush the enemy while doing it," I do want to add one caveat. Any time someone is trying to get a carry role and they have last pick, I play support if my main roles are off the table (unless I'm tired of support and figure if I lose one I'm willing to risk it to not play support this game and have a change of pace. The reason is that I'm down to play with a support trying to do damage, or a jg master yi that farms and doesn't gank if I'm playing top or mid. I will put it on me to carry with no ganks or utility from support. I'll go bot early for drag if I'm top because I know bot lane won't control it and I'll roam bot to help out the adc who I stuck with a bad support. However, if it's jg, adc and support left, I don't main jg and adc, I don't expect myself to win that role EVERY single time I play it, so it's a toss up if I do well or not. I don't want the pressure to carry with a player who is playing something that will help the team less because I don't trust myself to overcome the handicap, so I'll play what helps the team and hope they aren't bad at what they want. More often than not they are okay at it if not actually good, and the team is better off having me provide some utility than having a teammate they rage at, demoralize the team over, and who doesn't work well with the team. If you trust yourself to carry from ADC then yeah it sucks to have a support you don't like, but you should be even in cs with the enemy (you're carrying right?) so let him take the kills, get the assists and advantage in farm when your enemy is dead, take the tower and then if your support picks good times to roam roam w/ him and get kills/assists, if he doesn't then figure out what you should be doing in that moment to carry :D
