Been playing a stupid amount of league lately, and i've felt like my regular gym schedule hasn't been enough.

For every win I do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. If you can't do 10/10 do 5/5/5/5

For every loss, I do 20/20. or 10/10/10/10 if i'm too sore.

This has kept me feeling great and reduces the rage I feel by channeling it into physical work.

Edit 1: Played 4 hours today, So far I've gone 3-1. that's 50/50. My core hurts like a mofo but I'm doing the grind.

I have one of those giant medicine balls that I sit on while I play, you engage your core while you play and it forces you to sit straight

I do something different, I go to the gym every day so I play a game before I go and if I win I do a 45 minute workout and if I lose I do from 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes. Gets me motivated to win and stay fit.

LeeSin You'll be as fit as him in no time. You should do squats too so you can kick like him too
