League of Legends Fitness Regime
Been playing a stupid amount of league lately, and i've felt like my regular gym schedule hasn't been enough.
For every win I do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups. If you can't do 10/10 do 5/5/5/5
For every loss, I do 20/20. or 10/10/10/10 if i'm too sore.
This has kept me feeling great and reduces the rage I feel by channeling it into physical work.
Edit 1: Played 4 hours today, So far I've gone 3-1. that's 50/50. My core hurts like a mofo but I'm doing the grind.
You'll be as fit as him in no time. You should do squats too so you can kick like him too
