Any tips for getting better?

Look at my past matches and you will see I'm not too good. I'm good enough but I don't wanna be good enough I want to be better than good enough. I often end up in winning streaks then immediatly after losing streaks so starting season 6 I want to be better stronger smarter. I want to dig my way out of this unskilled hole that I dug myself into. I've come a long way (I recently went back to my first set of games xD I was baaaaaaad) but I want to go further. I'm currently bronze II so I've been staying out of ranked for training and I would like some tips I usually play Garen, Fiora, Morde (new to) Ashe, Trist or veigar (also new to but I love him) oh and tryn
