Less toxic summoner levels

I didn't really know where to post it but it seems like a tip so ya. It may just be me but I have (in my experience) Found that level 10-15+ tend to be much less toxic and rude then the beggining levels. I'd try a new role or champion when I started playing and I did poorly (obviously) I would get spammed with hate and threats of intentional feeding. Then I got higher and I got a little better but I'm still pretty meh my last game was my first time as braum {we lost } and everyone on my team was okay about there was no rage no hate and I was like "hmm this is weird" I then went and remembered my older games in the past few months and realized there was alot less hate and alot more dicking around. Has anyone else experienced this? If so I think this can be a huge help for new players getting hated on in the lower levels.
