What are good top lane tank champs to carry the Smite/Teleport?

I know a couple are , but is there anybody else suitable for these two types of summoner spells to be carried at top lane?

Mundo gets camped 24/7 with smite/TP since he has no escapes.

Any others depend on your skill level and the mobility of the champion. Hecarim and Shyvana are both mobile and tanky enough to escape ganks somewhat reliably.

I actually think smite TP Garen could be amazing.

1.) Manaless 2.) Easy escape 3.) Extremely tanky and scales multiplicatively with both resistances and HP 4.) Only weakness of no slows is remidied with BLUE SMITE. 5.) Sustain in lane to not get pushed out before being able to buy your smite item 6.) Huge, unignorable damage with just cleaver; kills carries in seconds with Ghostblade.

Volibear and Mundo both scale extremely well with flat HP if you wanna do a Cinderhulk build.

Cinderhulk is surprisingly good on AD Fizz if you wanna try that too.
