Well for one, you upgraded your support item. People in Silver ELO aren't skilled enough to make it necessary for you to actually build a support item all the way. It doesn't make much of a difference either way but I find it a waste of time. This is especially true if you are using a bursty support like annie. Your damage even as a support is extremely relevant. The extra little trickle of gold and meagre active on that support item is pathetic compared to the extra burst you could have from building a Lugen's Echo or Rabadon's Deathcap. Don't get me wrong; I'm not asking you to be the main damage dealer. I'm saying that every bit of damage counts and since you have high burst potential, it is better to build bursty. The faster they go down, the better. Of course, it is also situational but at lower tier games, the situations aren't always so item oriented (that's not to say situational gearing is irrelevant; it's just less of an issue).

Two, you are supporting. The easiest way out is to carry yourself out because if you are consistently good at carrying, it is more likely that you will get consistent end game results (victories) whereas if you are consistently good at supporting, it is strongly dependent on you getting consistently good teammate(s), particularly adc.

Three, Your zed was a baddie. Nothing you could have done there.

Four, in your second game, clearly your team was useless/unskilled when compared to your enemy team. These things happen. For many of us, it will likely take one or two seasons of play before we reach Gold (I was silver throughout my first season of play and got Gold on my second season). Basically, my point is just hang in there.

alot of things you are doing wrong. You play too hard of champions that you cant control, you die too much on your champs with bad win rates, your farms too low, you probably cant trade in lane and snowball early kills into obj, you probably dont know that ojb>cs>kills tip play easy champs like for mid Ori Annie Kayle Pantheon can message me if you need more advice or go to youtube.com/lastshadow9

First of all if your going to play annie support atleast buy support items so that your team have some kind of support during team fights. Im bronze and even i know that... also just play as best as you can play your favourite and most played champions and you will get results. take responsibility for your own actions during games and try your best to NEVER go on tilt. id probably be a higher elo if i wasnt so busy with examinations at school. But seriously just play the game you'll get there eventually. And if you dont get higher. then riot are doing their job and putting you in a the place where you supposed to be.. take that thought into account...

You can't win every game. I suggest git gud and you will win a larger % of your games.

Get better at your mechanics and find a reliable duo partner.

Find good times to play. Not just for the queue but for you: a time you play league well and enjoy it. This is my biggest piece of advice, it's helped me get high mmr where i get 25+ LP for wins and only lose ~15 for losses. Whiiiiich helps in the climbing this a lot.

And if you can, find a person you like duoing with.
