Best Yasuo skin to suit smoothest mechanics/gameplay?

Hey everyone,

I wanted to get y'alls opinion on which skin seems the "Smoothest" out of Yasuo's 3 skins. Some people have said their farming/gameplay mechanics are better using the Classic instead of High Noon and Project.

Although I deeply love Yasuo's new skin, I have been doing badly with him lately and wanted to know (despite the nerfs) if I could get more out of him Mechanic-wise/Gameplay-wise by going back to Classic?

Also, are some champions better with no skins? Im making a new account and trying to establish a decent champ pool (I like getting skins for my fav champs), but are some better off without skins? e.g. Lucian having his classic skin used the most, apparently its better mechanically than Hired Gun? (Not sure if this statement is true, please clarify). e.g. Boom Boom blitzcrank having a bigger hitbox, in this case the skin is better?
