When your team pushes like a maniac but still feeds?

I'm pretty sure there's a smart solution around this, but I'm still like a 2~3 month newbie, so I'm trying to figure out what to do.

To be completely honest, I don't think I'm that behind in terms of mechanics, or even map reading, in my elo. (That is, among other 2~3 month newbies out there.) I mostly win my lanes, or just keep them passive if I feel like I won't win the lane (Susaaaaaaaan lol.)

The problem is, when I jungle, or even if I'm midlaner/support/toplane/ etc, there are some people that push their lanes LIKE A MANIAC and hope for ganks/roams.

What is the purpose of this and what do you do when they ask you for it? I'm laning pretty well, few kills up or few cs up, botlane is a kill or two down, and I can spare a roam.

Situation: Jinx won't stop rocketing minions and pushing like a maniac when we're on Blue side, herself losing horrifically in terms of KDA and cs, and it seems quite obvious I can't get anything out of it if I roam. Instead, it seems like I'll lose out on exp, tower and cs, and maybe even get killed (triple killed) if we chose to tower dive.

So, my question is: What's the solution to roaming/ganking a non-stop pushing lane, or should I just stay in lane and ignore the roam/gank calls since it's so pushed?
