It's not only you, I was on aram and conection suddenly went down
Probably a cycle of the running games for patching. It looks like this was posted about 5 hours ago (or around 3 AM Pacific). My understanding is they do patching like this some time between 2 AM to 5 AM Pacific (at least for the NA servers).
