Not a rant, just here to tell a story, ironically funny ones if you say so. there is absolutely 0% lies here

Just a few days ago I was in my promos, and I was granted a free win since it wasn't the first time. I got my hopes up slightly and started the game.

During the champion selection, an enemy player didn't lock in until 0 seconds, and I thought it would get dodged. And then my friend tells me over discord:

"Hey uh the game got dodged. It says you dodged."

.................?

I waited another minute, then closed my client, and I go back in. Indeed it was my dodge, and I had a loss sitting in my promos.

LOL. Ok. I still got this. Bad luck bois, all gone now. We aight boisssssss

I start up another game, this time the selection goes just fine. Whew, finally.

Then loading screen...

...doesn't appear.

I ask me friend: Hey, am i loading?

And obviously friend says "Uh. You're not connected."

#Well, now I'm just mad.

I close my client in an attempt to open it again. While that happens, friend tells me another something to despair about: "Hey. We loaded in without you."

SHIT. All my attempts fail as the client simply refuses to open; clicking it does nothing, launching it does nothing, anything does nothing. I reboot my computer and I quickly launch again. I connect back to discord and ask my friend: How many minutes has it been?

Friend: "30 til minion spawn."

OH NO. PLS. NOT LIKE DIS

So I wait...and wait....and wait. League client is working again. I quickly type in my pw.

Authenticating........

2 minutes later

Authenticating......

HURRRRYRYYYYYRYYRYRRYYRYRYYRRYY

Anyways, weirdly it takes super long to authenticate. After what seemed like an eternity, I'm finally reconnecting. 10%....20...30....60..99....100.....

I load in, and something catches my eye. "Surrender vote: 3/5"

Friend: "hahahahaha. I didn't vote, but right on time"

This guy did NOT know remake vote doesn't need 4/5. 3/5 was enough.

As soon as I loaded in, 5 seconds later, the camera focuses onto the nexus and it explodes....[zombie-nunu-bummed]

~And my promos ended.

I went at it again later and did fine though. But just a funny story to share.
