Just started building "Teamwork Kayle"

The three must have items: Hurricane Wits End Black Cleaver

In the world of cluster fuck teamfights and tanks the ability to shred A LOT of resistances using both Kayle's Passive, two shred items and one spread item make for a very under the radar teamwide damage boost. In solo queue no one is gonna say "honor kayle" or thank you even a little bit when they see you did very middle of the pack at best damage, but your LP and MMR will thank you.

I like it A LOT for support, but the build is fairly expensive.

Jungle isn't bad at all and the utility ganks are strong. Example: You go in for a gank on mid and the enemy jungler counteranks, your heal / MS boost is enough to turn the tide of the skirmish on its own, but should thing really go to hell your ult is amazing. Also, Q max seems to be the way to go since one point in E is more than sufficient to rek the jungle camps.

Haven't done it in mid, but I think this is the only place it may not shine so much.

Top is fine as long as the rest of your team is locked in and you see that being a utility top is fine.

Give it a try.

funny build, I can picture you freely autoing everyone in the middle of a team fight haha. Do you build the items in that order? The only problem I have with Kayle support is how do you get those items if you are Vayne Kayle vs Draven Leona ? I main adc and haven't had a kayle supp in forever, but I don't doubt your success. I think with item 3158 for boots with a item 3022 on top of your build would be hilarious :P.

Oh man didnt even think of Frozen Mallet. Dealing with Leona / Draven is a pain whoever you are. Usually do with my brother on Caitlyn though and thats pretty ezpz. The order is dependent on a lot of things. I think Hurricane is best second or third and never first. BC is usually first since I'll end up having it near the end of laning phase making my adc hit a lot harder.

Def gonna make Frozen Mallet a part of this.

yeah, I usually go for a utility AP/Shred build when I support with her (she's actually surprisingly strong against tanky bot lanes since she can sustain and poke and also outplay an all in with her ult.

after only 5 attacks she can shred a target by 45% armor and 15% MR as well as 25 flat, which is a substantial damage increase for anyone on your team. If you are getting fed, throwing in a Nashors on top of those three can make you shred unbelievably fast. Generally though I prefer this kind of build on mid/jungle/top Kayle, since she can get more gold that way.

My favorite is still on hit attack speed hybrid kayle. item 3006 item 3153 item 3124 item 3115 item 3085 and item 3078 /item 3146

Although a fun build would be item 3006 item 3071 item 3091 item 3085 item 3022 and something else idk what. maybe item 3153

I've always wanted to try this! I mostly aram so I'll probably give it a go there, but it's nice to hear it works well.

Glad you found out it works, but I think the traditional build is probably best for ARAM.

Welp Jungle was a short lived enjoyment. The removal of Magus slaughtered the usability. I'm going to try devourer out and see if it is perhaps more viable, but I am definitely going to miss the Magus spike.

tl;dr: Runeglaive is NOT good for this type of build.

How do you poke without stealing CS during laning?

Very interested in trying this. I've always loved kayle jungle, even though her early ganking isn't really that great. I always build wit's end on her but never thought to add BC in there. And as someone mentioned, frozen mallet.

20% on BC makes up for not getting nashor's. I don't really care for runeglaive on kayle, though. She doesn't spam spells often enough to take full advantage of it, even with 40% cdr. :/ I guess I'll stick with devourer

Read your name. Saw through the irony. Ignored the advice.

What order do you build these items in? Your build would really only work in team fight situations. If used to poke in lane runaans will make some collateral damage to the minion wave stealing/pushing the wave for your ADC. There is also the question of sustain on this build. None of those items give you mana regen which can be problematic. I mean if you're ok just being in there to shred and then die off once you've done that then fine. But I find that to be a "one trick pony" type deal. And you also need a bunch of teammates to follow up on your shred. That may make her an unviable pick for certain team comps, specifically ones that thrive on split pushing. But it does serve a purpose in this current tank meta. Its just a shame that your items cost so much. I assume you would include a sight stone in there too.

@VesperNadal I like this BEST in support. Starting spellthiefs helps on mana and she has her w for sustain. I stagger max q and w together to keep the cost lower as both the bases are strong.

spell thiefs sight stone BC Wits Runaans

go from there. It is a shame that it costs so much, but i think you hit pretty decent points to where you will feel strong as long as you are on the same target as your adc. I really preffer this in a duo bot scenario as well. Caitlyn seems the best so far. Guessing jinx is strong.
