ONLY reason not to upgrade it is you are buying a sightstone and no sightstone isnt a suport only item,

having a bit less dmg can be alright, since your gonne catch enemys out alone and 2v1 them where that litle bit dmg your missing is close to nothing

I would upgrade my trinket, but when I upgrade my trinket (earlyish), my team loses. When I don't upgrade my trinket (or upgrade late), my team wins.
