Looking to take my game to the next level...

Hello Fellow League of legend player! I am currently looking to take my game to the next level. Currently silver 5 i feel i can achieve much more than merely silver. I am seeking tips and tricks, Advice, Coaching, Anything that will aid me on my quest. I currently Main top lane and jungle, but have played every role do a certain degree. Improving at my 2 main roles will be my ideal focus, but i welcome advice for all roles. So what do you say, Help a fellow player take hes game to a whole new level? :)
