No remake, Why? :(

Support didn't connect to the game. it wouldn't let us remake? we tried to but it said someone needed to be disconnected. But our support didn't connect till past 6 minutes.

There was a time at around 2:40-3:00 when they connected for 5 seconds but they were gone before their game even loaded up.

Why no can remake? Literally lost LP for something that was beyond my control. i don't want it back its whatever, but how does something like that even happen? Why make a remake system if it just randomly decides to stop working.

Were they running biscuit delivery? I saw a bug reported a week or so ago where the biscuit delivery was more or less tricking the remake counter into thinking "they bought an item, they must be online."
