Climbing, and the mindset to do so.
I think the process of climbing out of elo hell starts with overcoming the anger you feel inside. like when a random teammate is getting on your nerves, and it starts angering you. you're gonna play worse, they're gonna play even worse than they already are.
Overcome this anger inside of you...Learn to harness it into fire strong enough to ignite a passion inside of you that you have never seen before. a passion so strong, it motivates you to play better, to carry harder, to focus harder.
bot lanes feeding? well, that's okay, that just means its on YOU to carry that much harder. You up for the challenge? :) cause man, its going to be a wonderful challenge defeating fed enemies. But i believe in you! i believe that we can find a way to climb... Don't feel anger when someone is playing poorly...Feel Joy. cause baby, that just means when you win, it'll be that much sweeter. and if you lose, well...someones gotta be defeated. but hey, just cause your team got defeated doesn't mean you have to. i'm sure there is something in that game that you did, that made you improve. and doesn't that count for something?
you're gonna walk into the next game a better player. a better person. Isn't that all that counts at the end of the day? 80 years from now...no one is going to care that SirTrollsAlot trolled in Game # 118585882869754. however, YOU will care that through-out the games you've played in league, you became a better person.
I'll admit, i raged before and quite frankly it disgusts me that i could not contain it. i know in my heart that it was wrong for me to rage at these people trying their best, but i was unable to contain the anger i felt when mid goes 0/10 or my jungler randomly walks into my lane and dies, giving my laner double buffs... It's normal to feel these feels.
I've noticed a pattern in my games wins and losses, and that pattern is clear. when my team argues we lose. when we don't argue we win. even if we're doing poorly but not arguing, we eventually go on to win the game or at the very least come extremely close to winning.
Joke around with them, laugh at things....make small talk...DO NOT yell or complain at them..or even give them a tip to improve, people will perceive this as being negative. So ask yourselves this, Is the cause of you not climbing really the fault of your teammates being bad at the game? or is it the way to react to them playing poorly? I challenge you, to enter your games with little regard if your teammates play poorly. just simply give no fucks. who cares if someone feeds....let go of your anger. let go of your desire to yell and complain at them. if you have to, open youtube and listen to Frozen - Let it go. ahaha.
You Are Your Own Worst Enemy. Overcome the emotions holding you back from your true potential. I don't know about you, but i'm at least willing to try and let it go. what can you lose? meaningless LP? they come and go like teenagers in a high school.
