How do you climb out of silver?

How can I win games and get out of silver in general?

Not to be a douche or anything... but... I think I've had more competent teammates on my level 10 smurf account. I had no idea what vel was building mid, what cho was building as jungle, thresh adc... that's enough right there, and ofc a support where sightstone is "not needed to win".

Lately I've been getting a lot of games like this one in particular and I really think it is because the matchmaking is wack due to people still being in their provisionals. Should I stay away from ranked for a month or what do you suggest I do?

All in all, people who have only played about 50 games and just started playing league SHOULD NOT be playing ranked or be playing with Silvers/Golds.

On a side note, I really hope Riot cracks down on elo boosting s'more.

Beginning of the season is cancerous for this. Just stay away from ranked untl about mid-late february.

Mostly use spit, twist the tip with a good grip till it blow my friend.

How do you get out of any ELO? You get better at the game. Don't focus on the idea of winning. Instead, focus on improving your gameplay every game you play. As you get better, the wins will come naturally.

After gold, or even some silver, the game isnt as much about mechanics as abillity to contest objectives. If youve hit a wall in silver or gold, im betting its because your focusing to much on kills and not enough on towers/drag/baron. Ive won games in the jg, purely because i take the first 3 drags before the other team starts thinking about it.
