Hexdrinker or Brutalizer or Sheen. Which is a better 1400 gold general item for Vi?

I prefer Brutalizer. Her teamfight utility is basically proportional to how many Qs she can get off, and whether or not her ultimate is off cooldown. Especially because, as a champions, she generally wants defensive boots and Banshee's over lucidity boots or SV/Locket, CDR is a pretty high priority stat on her.
That said, both Sheen and Hexdrinker can be very good items - the former if you're ahead, the latter if the enemy team has a lot of ways to proc the passive. But in a situation where you're 0/0/0 with average farm, I think Brutalizer is the best option.
it depends on what you are building and the situation of the game.
brutalizer is the best choice in my opinion.
sheen isnt really worth it unless u are rushing tri-force and hexdrinker is good if enemy ap mid laner is like 5-0-0 in 10 minutes
so yeah
in general situation get brutalizer
if u wanna rush triforce get sheen(which i highly consider u not to)
if u need to stay alive against fed ap mid get hexdrinker.
but overall brutalizer is the best.
Lets be honest, Bildgewater Cutlass on Vi is broken.
