Rune page for Thresh?
Wondering what the generally ideal rune page for Thresh support is. I usually play AP supports, like Sona, and Nami when she's free, so I'm not sure exactly what runes are best for Thresh. Any input is greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure if they are optimal, but I typically use Health Regen Quints, Scaling Armor Seals, Flat Armor Marks, and Flat MR Glyphs. Alternatively, one could use Flat Armor Quints, Flat/Scaling Health Seals, AD Marks, and MR Glyphs.

You can do a few things with Thresh, it depends on what you have and your personal preference. Generally he needs to be tanky.
Marks: Armor, hybrid penetration, flat AD Seals: Armor, HP Glyphs: Magic resist Quints: Movespeed, HP, HP regen, armor, AP
I have nothing but Armor on mine. Quints of Armor +4.25 (x3) Seals of armor +1 (x9) Glyphs magic resist +1.34 (x9) marks of armor +0.91 (x9)
he's a beast, only downside is the mana. he's really tanky, making him so useful for laning phase. he can out poke anyone, even ADC's at early levels.
I also run Doran's Shield, Flash/ignite. he can sustain for days in lane.
I like cdr on thresh
I play aggressive with thresh during level 1 and 2 so I go with; 12+ armor 13+ Physical Damage 4.1+ Health Regen 5 sec (This helps with trades)
Make sure to run ignite but give the kill too your adc
If you feel you need to play passive go for ancient coin. If you want to duo with your adc go with relic shield.
