I am currently Silver 5 with close to 500 games in ranked and I prefer to play Talon
alot in the mid lane and occasionally top. I'm confident that I can climb the ladder despite the current tank meta with Talon in the mid lane and would like a little advice on how to achieve my goal of getting out of silver and on to higher elo. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Stop playing. If u didnt climb out with 500 games then most likely you didn't listen to other ppls advice/didnt focus on improving yourself. And if you did not do that so far most unlikely that you'Ll now.

I mean I'm only silver 4 but I started at bronze 2 season and I have only like 90 ranked games in my belt and I climbed 3 divisions... I also love talon xD uhmmm I checked out your op.gg you seem to just die a lot. You get a lot of kills but averaging 8 deaths is a little much
Also I recommend you not finishing ravenous so quickly because the extra ad and life steal isn't that advantageous
You should also consider getting boots of mobis after you rush brutalizer/tiamat so that you can gank side lanes more often
Make sure you ward often so that you don't get caught out in the jungle
When gawking try to gank from the jungle and not directly down the river because usually the river is warded well in our elo but horrible ward coverage in the jg... And remember to take sweepers or bring a pink so you don't waste time in a bush c:
