Evelynn Visual update

I say that Evelynn is in need for a visual update, especially with her splash arts. They are pretty outdated and are somewhat unappealing to look at besides her tango and safecracker skins. I believe that she should be updated from her pretty basic lore as well. I find her pretty interesting for what she is now (assassin with a seductive side as well). I think that her appearance should also match her current or potentially updated lore. It says in her current lore, "Swift and lethal, Evelynn is one of the most deadly -- and expensive assassin in all of Runeterra" Her appearance matches an assassin in a dominatrix outfit of sorts, but I don't quite see the "expensive" side of her. I suggest keeping her same skin tone, hair style and figure but maybe a bit more . . . mature/sexier for a lack of better explanation. Also maybe make her outfit a bit more high end ( add jewelry for example) to compliment how she is an expensive assassin. Any feedback or Rioter comments are greatly appreciated.

A bit of work. Modeling, texturing, particles, kits etc.

her model doesn't have many problems just that it could be a little better. Textures and particles do need a bit of a facelift (primarily her ult and her E in my opinion). Her kit is fine as is, just maybe a number tweak to make her stronger but not too strong. Maybe give hate spike a bit of a buff with more damage against minions and mosters and maybe give her E a bleed on champions? It seems fair to me (but I'm speaking somewhat biased here). Maybe have her W be somewhat like Gangplanks W and keep the reset with kills and assists as is.

She could use a model and texture rework, it's low quality. She's actually being nerfed due to her high usage and win rate, so Phreak has stated. We will have to wait.

everywhere I check Eve only has about a 15% popularity and upwards of 50 to 60% win rate. Yes her usage may be high and her win rate may be very good as well but I don't think she should be needed at all. I still feel as if she struggles in the jungle unless she builds primarily tank despite the fact that she is an assassin mage.
