To ADC's, From Blitzcrank mains

Please, if we are low level and there is little kill pressure and I pull one of the two in bot lane, please please please just poke them instead of going all in giving up a first blood to enemy team okay? We could blow a flash or heal and then when round 2 comes along or round 3 we can go all in ok?
